Hong Kong Planning and Infrastructure Exhibition Gallery (香港規劃及基建展覽館) is a museum about infrastructure of Hong Kong located at Edinburgh Place in Central Hong Kong in Hong Kong.

An animated panoramic view of the future harbourfront of Hong Kong gives the visitors a three-dimensional experience of strolling down the promenade from Central to Wanchai, and also at Tsim Sha Tsui and at the West Kowloon Cultural District.

The district model of West Kowloon Cultural District and the Hong Kong Wetland Park are showcased to the visitors.

Bridge Models of Stonecutters Bridge and Hong Kong-Shenzhen Western Corridor are displayed.

A computer animation of Flying Over New Town shows a flight over Sha Tin, Tung Chung and Tseung Kwan O, giving the visitors a bird's eye view of the three new towns and their landmark buildings.

In the Tourist Kaleidoscope, photographs of the visitors with in the backhround one of Hong Kong's 18 top tourist attractions, including the Giant Buddha and Tsing Ma Bridge, can be taken and then send to other people by e-mail.

The Infrastructure Walk is the highlight of the gallery. It is a model of about 18.5 metres long, which shows an array of the existing and planned major infrastructure projects on a territory map with a scale of 1:2500.
