The Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (IVE) (Traditional Chinese: 香港專業教育學院) was formed from a combination of 7 industrial colleges(Technical Institute) and 2 technical colleges in 1999. IVE is an educational institute directly under the control of the Vocational Training Council of the Hong Kong government. It is providing Certificate, Professional Diploma, Diploma and Higher Dipoma programs for F.3, F.5 , F.7 school leavers and adult learners. The Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education provides vocational sub-degree courses in nine academic disciplines. It has a total of nine campuses:
