The Gold Coast Residences, located next to the Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel, the Hong Kong Gold Coast Shopping Mall and the Hong Kong Gold Coast Yacht and Country Club, is home to one of the largest expatriate communities in Hong Kong and its low-rise beach houses are a very popular alternative to those on Hong Kong Island.
