The last paragraph was missing a crucial noun.

As it existed before, the paragraph opened:

The picketers returned the following with an injunction

I added "Monday" as a logical assumption of the facts, but the original writer has this info and I do not. Please correct this if I have erred and it should not read:

The picketers returned the following Monday with an injunction
