Holger Fach (born September 6, 1962 in Wuppertal) is a German football manager and former player.
Between 1981 and 1998 he played 416 Bundesliga games for Fortuna Düsseldorf, Borussia Mönchengladbach, Bayer Uerdingen, Bayer Leverkusen and 1860 München. He scored 67 goals during this period, and won the DFB-Pokal with Borussia Mönchengladbach in 1995. Between 1988 and 1989 he earned five caps for the national team.
After retiring as a player he was appointed to coach the amateur team at Borussia Mönchengladbach, and after a short intermezzo at Rot-Weiss Essen coach, on September 21, 2003 he became head coach for 'Gladbach. On June 5, 2005 he became the new manager for VfL Wolfsburg, but after a weak first half of the season he was fired on December 19 together with team-manager Thomas Strunz.
