Holbrook, Suffolk

Holbrook is a rural village situated close to the northern shore of the Stour Estuary. To the south of the village is the Royal Hospital School (RHS) which moved to this site in 1933 after having been housed at Greenwich Hospital since 1693.

The village has two pubs, the Compases and the Swan, a Co-op and a newsagents as well as a hairdressers, a tea shop and a village hall. There is both a primary and secondary school. Opposite the Co-op is Holbrook Methodist Church and going out of the village towards the RHS is the church, All Saints.
