Holborn and St. Pancras is a parliamentary constituency covering the southern half of the London Borough of Camden which includes districts of Camden Town, Kentish Town and Bloomsbury.

The seat was created in 1983 as a successor to the Holborn and St. Pancras South which had been in existence since 1950.

Following their review of parliamentary representation in North London the Boundary Commission for England has recommended the creation of a modified Holborn constituency, made from the following electoral wards in the London Borough of Camden:

The seat has been held since 1983 by Frank Dobson for Labour, who had been elected in 1979 to the predecessor seat of Holborn & St. Pancras South.
