Hodnet, Shropshire

Hodnet is a village and civil parish in Shropshire, England.
The A53 road runs around the village on a by-pass road built in 2003. The A442 road runs through the village.
Hawkstone Hall, formerly home of the Hill family, stands near the village. It was the home of Rowland Hill, 1st Viscount Hill.
Hodnet Hall is the village's main tourist attraction. The village also consists of three shops, a primary school and noteably the Bear Hotel.
