HMS Ossory

HMS Ossory the name of several Royal Navy ships, named after the Kingdom of Ossory, in Ireland, or possible Thomas Butler, Earl of Ossory.
- Ossory was 2nd Rate ship (90 guns). She fought at the Battle of Barfleur in May/June 1693, where she was commanded by John Tyrrell
- Ossory was a Moon class destroyer, launched 9 October 1916. She served in the 11th Destroyer Flotilla in the British Grand Fleet at the Battle of Jutland. Philip Vian was appointed First Lieutenant on the ship in 1917. Sold for scrap November 1921.
- Ossory was an Algerine class minesweeper launched 3 October 1944 and served in World War II. She was broken up at Troon in 1959
