HMAS Brolga is a ship that was built in 1975 as the lighthouse tender "Lumen" for the Australian Department of Transport. She was purchased by the Australian Navy on February 10, 1988 and entered service as an Minesweeper Auxiliary.

The vessel measures 268 tonnes, has a length of 28 metres and a speed of 10 knots.

In 2003, Brolga was sold at auction.[1]
