Two ships of the Royal Australian Navy have borne the name Benalla, for a town in Victoria.

The first HMAS Benalla (J-323/M-323) was a Bathurst class corvette built by the Williamstown Dockyard at Melbourne in Victoria, launched on 19 December 1942 by Mrs. A. S. Drakeford, wife of the Minister for Air, and commissioned on 28 April 1943. HMAS Benalla paid off to reserve on 28 January 1946 and was sold for scrap to Mitsubishi Shoji Kaisha Limited of Tokyo in Japan on 20 February 1958.

The second HMAS Benalla is a Paluma class survey vessel.
