Hiyoshi Station (Kanagawa)

Hiyoshi Station (日吉駅 Hiyoshi-eki?) is a train station of the Tokyu Corporation located in the Hiyoshi district of Kōhoku-ku, Yokohama, Japan.

The Station is currenty served by the Tokyu Toyoko Line. The Station structure is also connected to the Tokyu Department Store.

[edit] Future Plans

Currently there is work being done at Hiyoshi Station. The first, is expanding the Tokyu Meguro Line to Hiyoshi with service scheduled to start in 2007. The second is construction of a new Yokohama Municipal Subway station at Hiyoshi, with construction completion scheduled for 2008. In the planning stages, is connecting the Sagami Railway to Hiyoshi by 2019.
