Hiweed Linux is a distribution of GNU/Linux based on Debian GNU/Linux. It is tailored for Chinese speakers in that it includes preconfigured Chinese applications such as simplified Chinese input methods, Chinese dictionaries, and Chinese truetype fonts.

The latest stable version of Hiweed GNU/Linux is 1.0 (released Sep 25, 2006).
