Hitoshura is the title of the protagonist of Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne. It means "Person Shura". "Shura" are a special type of Japanese spirit. They are warriors who have died in battle, and continue to do battle in the heavens. In the U.S. version, the protagonist is called the "Demi-Fiend". Neither of these are his actual name, but merely a title that the various residents in the game refer to him by.
In the radio drama, he is given the name "Naoki".
