Hit List

YTV's Hit List was a music video television program that aired on YTV, a specialty television network aimed at children. The series first started in 1991, and had 14 seasons in all. Hit List had a few hosts, and it changed every 2-6 seasons. As of fall 2005, Hit List has gone on an indefinite hiatus. It is unclear whether or not YTV will choose to bring this program back again.

Danielle McGimsie, the last person to host the Hit List, is now an entertainment reporter for CHUM Limited's Star Daily, and A-Channel News.

Hit List also features many celebrities as co-hosts, especially since 2003. The celebrities include Kim Stockwood, The Moffatts, Hanson, Backstreet Boys, O-Town, *NSYNC, Britney Spears, Eiffel 65, Aaron Carter, Shawn Desman, Lillix, Simple Plan, Hilary Duff, Busted, Rachel Stevens, Clay Aiken, and many others.
