Hiroko Yakushimaru (薬師丸 ひろ子 Yakushimaru Hiroko?, born June 9, 1964) is a Japanese actress and singer from Tokyo. She made her J-pop debut on November 21, 1981, and her final J-pop release was on March 13, 1991. Takushimaru made her acting debut in the 1978 movie Yasei no Shomei.

She married Koji Tamaki in January 1991, but they divorced in June 1998.
