Restored the contribution that was vandalised by Bertil Videt.

I removed this part: He was very well-liked in all national and professional circles and earned the respect and confidence of both the nation and the armed forces with his professional knowledge, demeanor, vision and abilities of leadership and management. The sentence is clearly POV. I have no doubt that he has gained wide respect for his sensitivity in dealing with civilian leaders - however such a statement must be sourced and formulated in a neutral way.
