Hilbre High School

Hilbre High School is a secondary modern school, located in West Kirby, Wirral, United Kingdom.
The school was founded as a girls school in 1966, and merged with 'Hoylake Parade Boys School' in 1973 to become co-educational. In 2006 the school became a specialist Humanities college, as part of the Specialist Schools Programme.
Famous former pupils include musicians The Coral, actor Daniel Craig, cyclist Chris Boardman and Chester City F.C. player Paul Linwood. The school, is now a humanities college. It has a dedicated area for sixth form pupils, to receive outstanding A-level results [citation needed].
