Hilander Foods is a grocery store chain in the metro area of Rockford, Illinois. The stores are operated by the Kroger Company, which acquired the chain in 1998. As of 2006 there are seven Hilander stores: five in Rockford and one apiece in the neighboring towns of Cherry Valley and Roscoe.
