Highlands and Islands Airports Limited (HIAL) is the company that owns and operates ten airports in the Scottish Highlands, the Northern Isles and the Western Isles. It is owned and funded by the Scottish Executive.

HIAL has its base at Inverness Airport and is responsible for the airports at Barra, Benbecula, Campbeltown, Islay, Kirkwall, Stornoway, Sumburgh, Tiree and Wick.
