"High Winds" was the fifth episode of the children's series TUGS. Johnny Cuba made his presence felt in this episode.

During a period of fierce tempests, a really bad character slips into Bigg City Port. Whilst the Star fleet struggle to guide the damaged Princess Alice into port, Zebedee finds himself in a dangerous situation.

  • The only time in the series when a Z-Stack is the focus character
