High Park Group is a public policy consulting and lobbying firm with offices in Toronto and Ottawa.

In 2006 Tom Harris, Ottawa director of High Park Group, published an article in which he claimed that "the hypothesis that human release of CO2 is a major contributor to global warming is just that - an unproven hypothesis, against which evidence is increasingly mounting."
