The image was originally made by Apple for their Copland promotional materials. This operating system development was later cancelled, famously. The image is small (web size) and has no commmercial value, and I therefore believe that fair use rules apply.

This is a screenshot of copyrighted computer software for Mac OS or Mac OS X, and the copyright for it is most likely held by the author(s) or the company that created the software. It is believed that the use of a limited number of web-resolution screenshots

for identification of and critical commentary on the software in question
in the absence of a free alternative,
