I have a masters degree in Computer engineering from University of S. Paulo.

I'm beginning to understand WikiPedia. I'm studying Windows CE and related topics, and will try to document this effort. I've just added Windows CE 3.0 and I will try to enhance it to fit the very high Wikipedia standards.
