Na podstawie art. 4 pkt 1 i 2 ustawy z dnia 4 lutego 1994 r. o prawie autorskim i prawach pokrewnych (tekst jednolity z 2000 r.: Dz. U. Nr 80, poz. 904 ze zm.) nie stanowią przedmiotu prawa autorskiego akty normatywne, ich projekty, urzędowe dokumenty, materiały, znaki i symbole. Powyższa grafika należy do tej grupy, a zatem nie jest przedmiotem prawa autorskiego (należy zatem do public domain).
Wykorzystanie tej grafiki w niektórych kontekstach mogą regulować osobne przepisy.

According to the Polish Copyright Law Act of February 4, 1994, (Article 4, cases 4.1 and 4.2) the "governmental symbols, documents, materials and signs are not subject to copyrights". Hence it is assumed that this image has been released into the public domain. However, in some instances the use of this image in Poland might be regulated by other laws.

According to the non-retroactive copyright law of July 10, 1952, of the People's Republic of Poland, all photographs by Polish photographers published before the law was changed on May 23, 1994 that are without a clear copyright notice are assumed to be in the public domain.

This image was uploaded under good faith using the above tag: however, it may be under United States copyright if it was first published on or after January 1, 1923.^[1]
