Hertfordshire Rail Tours is a company that runs charter trains for enthusiasts, which is based in Hertfordshire. Most of its trains start from London King's Cross, although some start from London Paddington. A fair proportion of charter trains use the "Pride of the Nation" dining train set, this is an all seater dining train.

The company was purchased by FM Rail in mid-2005. It will keep its name, but newer rolling stock, in the form of the "Blue Pullman" will be introduced. The coaching stock will be a rake of air-conditioned Mark 2 carriages fitted with Pullman style lighting and will be painted into Pullman Nanking blue livery, similar to the Pullman livery used on the Pullman diesel multiple units that operated between Bristol and London during the 1960s. Two Class 47 locomotives will be painted into Pullman Blue livery and will be the dedicated locomotives for the train.

The first outing of the Blue Pullman was a dining excursion from Kings Cross and back via Ely and Peterborough on Thursday 12 January 2006.
