Captain Valor mostly berates Milo, his non-superpowered, slacker incarnation, while Milo's girlfriend Stephie has a chat with Valor's nemesis, Calignous. As Caliginous leaves, she tells Stephie that Milo slept with her. Milo decides that Valor and he should go to see therapist Doctor Tolstoy. Milo and Valor argue constantly until Valor explains that Caliginous became evil because he broke up with her when villains breached the Brigade, and shortly after, slept with another woman, embittering her. Captain Valor expresses his constant guilt at the loss of his homeworld. The two leave when the session ends.
