The title Here and Now (or Here & Now) may refer to:

In media and entertainment:

• Here and Now, a public radio magazine program produced by WBUR Boston;
• Here and Now, the local afternoon-drive program of CBLA (CBC Radio One Toronto);
• CBC News: Here & Now, the evening newscast of CBNT (CBC Television St. John's). As of November 7, 2005, it replaced the local portion of Canada Now, which itself replaced a prior newscast with the Here & Now title;
