"Here It Goes Again" is a power pop song by OK Go, and is the fifth single from the album Oh No. It appeared on the American Now 23 CD. The song was also featured on the The Colbert Report and the Scrubs Season 6 opening sequence.

The music video to this song is an elaborate performance where the band members are dancing on treadmills. Choreographed by Trish Sie and directed by Sie and the band, the video started off on YouTube and was viewed over 7.4 million times. OK Go performed this music video live at the 2006 MTV Video Music Awards. The video was referenced in a commercial for Cingular Wireless featuring people dancing on supermarket checkout conveyors instead of treadmills. OK Go has another unconventional music video, titled A Million Ways.
