Herbert Bamlett (born 1882 in Gateshead, England, United Kingdom) was an English football manager and referee. He became the youngest person to ever referee a FA Cup final when he did so at age 32 in the 1914 final between Liverpool and Burnley.

He started management at Oldham Athletic during the club's halcyon days, before moving on to Middlesbrough, and Manchester United in April 1927. He remained there until 1931.
