[edit] Plot
This is one of the few episodes which J.D. doesn't narrate. Instead Elliot describes her joy in finding a mentor in Dr. Molly Clock. Her faith is later shaken when she discovers that Molly is attracted to dangerous men. J.D. has leadership problems with his residents which gets worse when Dr. Cox shouts at him in front of them.
