Langtry, Henry Vivian Montague (November 12, 1869, Cheltenham, Gloucester - August 22, 1935, Southampton) Lieutenant-Colonel of the British Military Police in Burma. After the First World War, he was awarded a medal for his role during the conflict; First Commander of the British Military Police in that province of the British Empire. In May 1925, after a long career in H.M. Armed forces H.V.M. Langtry retired for good returning to his beloved Hampshire address where he passed away in 1935. [1]
