Henry Taub

Henry Taub (1927 - ), is an American-born philanthropist of Hungarian descent.
Educated at San Jacinto High School, the University of Houston and New York University (NYU). He graduated from NYU in 1947 with a degree in accounting. In 1949, he founded Automatic Payrolls Inc., a manual payroll processing service in Northern New Jersey. That company is now known as Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP), a leading provider of computerized payroll and benefits management services to employers.
During World War II, Henry Taub was a lieutenant commander in the U.S. Navy, who later went on to join the Naval Reserves.
