Hemerocallis fulva is also known as Orange Daylily, Tawny Daylily, Tiger Lily, and Ditch Lily. It is a member of the small genus Hemerocallis. There are also fulva double flower varieties, such as Kwanso. When mature, it grows to a height of 30 to 46 inches, with 5 inch blooms. It blooms mid-season to late-season, and should be spaced 24 to 36 inches.
Several cultivars are known, including the double-flowered 'Kwanzo'.
