Many internationally notable actors in the fields of ICT and digital culture are located in Greater Helsinki. Many of the residents on the area are computer literate. The penetration of different digital equipment is fairly high. For content oriented projects language is sometimes a challenge. Finnish is spoken by a small population compared to many other languages.
