[edit] Plot

Drew has been kicked out of his own home by his parents and is living with Oswald and Lewis in their apartment. Drew goes back to his house and attempts to get Beulah to leave the house by claiming how bad the neighborhood is now. He is unsuccessful, and he soon discovers that the living conditions are horrible in Lewis and Oswald's apartment, including an oven that doesn't work and terrible plumbing. Oswald tell Drew that they have complained to the landlord, but he has not made any improvements to the apartment. Lewis brings Mr. Bell's old flame, Suzie, to the apartment since they are dating. She is under the false impression that he is wealthy. Drew calls the landlord down to Winfred-Louder and threatens to take him to court. When the landlord learns that Drew is living in Oswald and Lewis's apartment without a lease, he evicts all of them. With nowhere else to go, the trio end up sleeping on Kate's living room floor, much to her dismay. Because Lewis takes extra jobs in an effort to buy Suzie thing to appear rich, he attempts to sell items with Kate's phone. Suzie even made Lewis get braces, so he has to earn more money to pay for them as well. With Lewis's phone habits and Drew and Oswald using all of her things, Kate only allows them to stay at her apartment for a few days. The gang pressures Drew to stand up to his parents and get his house back. At the Warsaw Tavern, Lewis tells Suzie that they need to stop seeing each other, and he ends up taking her food order since he is now a waiter at the bar. At Drew's house, he tries to convince his mom to move back to Florida, and promises to help pay for an apartment for her to live in. While he is trying to convince her to leave, Beulah admits that they own over $100,000 in gold, as well as shares in Microsoft. He manages to convince Beulah to use some of the couple's "rainy day fund" to make a down payment on another house. At the conclusion of the episode, Suzie sets her sights on Mr. Wick to help her get a manager position, but Mimi knocks her to the ground.
