Helena Zmatlíková (November 19, 1923, Prague - April 4, 2005) was a Czech illustrator, especially of children's books.

Her paintings, which appeared in books published all over the world in more than 20 languages, were very popular among children for decades. The best known include František Hrubín's Paleček and those written by Eduard Petiška.
