Helena Fibingerová (born July 13, 1949 in Vicemerice) is a Czech shot putter who won an Olympic bronze medal and set three world records.

- 21,99 metres on July 26, 1976 in Opava
- 22,32 metres on August 20, 1977 in Nitra
Her latest record stood until May 2, 1980, when East German Ilona Slupianek improved it by four centimetres.
Helena Fibingerová has the indoor world record with 22,50 metres, achieved on February 19, 1977 in Jablonec.
