Hector Moreno (born 17 January 1988) is a Mexican football player.

He currently plays as a defender for Club Universidad Nacional, a Mexico City team commonly known as the Pumas. He joined the Pumas youth system at the age of 15, he broke into the first team after winning the U-17 FIFA World Cup and playing a key role in the defense with the U-17 Mexican national team, he debuted this year, and this season would try to become a regular starter.
