Heatseek
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Heatseek is a software program designed to mask adult web activity. It combines a web browser, download manager, thumbnail organizer, and media player. It works by requiring a user to log in to launch the program, then it encrypts the file and browsing history to hide it from people who do not have access.

[edit] Weaknesses
- uses mshtml.dll (part of Windows/Internet Explorer rendering engine) so cross-OS portability is not easy and/or likely to be coming soon - also raises the question of vulnerability
- Only makes activity on the local computer less transparent. Not designed for protection at work ie. most business environments use proxies which can easily track the web activity of any attached computer on the network.
