Heath Hayes F.C. is a football club based in Heath Hayes near Cannock in Staffordshire, England. They were established in 1965. In the 2000-01 season, they reached the 1st round of the FA Vase. They are currently playing in the Midland Football Combination having moved from the West Midlands Regional League Premier Division in 2006. They play at the Coppice Colliery Ground and wear a blue and white kit.

Heath Hayes FC were formed in 1965, and in 1989 joined the Staffordshire Senior League, later renamed the Midland League. In 1996 they moved to the West Midlands Regional League Division One North. In 1998 they won the championship of Division One North thanks to Little Drayton Rangers having 3 points deducted, thus earning promotion to the Premier Division where they remain to this day.
