Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada

The Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada is a registered Canadian charity. The foundation's purpose is centered around educating individuals about the prevention and management of heart disease and strokes, and to fund medical research regarding the causes of these conditions. The organization was founded in 1952.

There are also ten independent, provincial Heart and Stroke Foundations in Canada. They join with the national foundation in a federation.

The Health Check food information program is also administered by the foundation.
