Hazel Courteney

Hazel Courteney - Well-known UK journalist specializing in alternative health and spiritual issues.

In 1994 she became the UK's first "Alternative Health Agony Aunt" in the UK national press, with her highly regarded and ground-breaking column "What's The Alternative" in the Daily Mail.

In 1997 she moved to the Style Section of the Sunday Times and was voted Health Journalist of the Year.

In 1998 she left the Sunday Times to concentrate on writing more books.

In 2000 she made her own TV show for Channel Health.

Hazel has appeared many times on TV and radio, and regularly lectures around the UK and overseas.

Author of 7 excellent books - four currently in print.
