Eventually, all of their children joined the business too -- Joe Hayes is CEO, David Hayes is VP Operations, Jeannie (Hayes) Gable owns the franchise in Oklahoma, and Diane (Hayes) Roerig works with repair and operations at the headquarters office. Hayes Handpiece specializes in repair of dental drills. In the dental industry, a dental drill is known as a "handpiece".
