Hawley Pratt

Hawley Pratt (born June 9, 1911 in Seattle, Washington – died March 2, 1999 in Thousand Oaks, California) is an American film director and animator, who directed all The Pink Panther cartoons and two Dr. Seuss animated television specials: The Cat in the Hat and Dr. Seuss on the Loose.
