"Have You Ever?" is a R&B-Pop song written by Diane Warren for Brandy's sophomore studio album Never Say Never. Produced by David Foster, the song was released as the album's third single (second in North America). The ballad became Brandy's second number one single on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, and Brandy's first as a solo artist (her first was the duet with Monica, "The Boy Is Mine").
