Havant is a constituency represented in the House of Commons of the Parliament of the United Kingdom. It elects one Member of Parliament (MP) by the first past the post system of election.

[edit] Boundaries
The constituency is based around the borough (and town) of Havant in Hampshire. This includes the towns of Waterlooville and Emsworth, but after 2005 Waterlooville will be moved into the new Meon Valley constituency, to be fought at the 2009 or 2010 UK general election.

The constituency was preceded by Havant and Waterloo which was also represented by Ian Stewart Lloyd.
