Hatgal, Hövsgöl

Hatgal is a village in Mongolia on the southern tip of the Hövsgöl lake. Hatgal has an airstrip and a small port, plus a school and a post/telecom office. Currently, the town is neither connected to power nor to cell phone networks. 50 degrees 27 minutes latitude, 100 degrees, 10 minutes longitude.
