Hasu is a Korean word that means "mediocre" and is similar in usage to the English words "newbie" or "noob". It is commonly used by Korean Warcraft or StarCraft players. See also chobo, or gosu, the Korean words denoting a semi-professional player in the gaming world (particularly in the above aforementioned two titles).
