Brief note - I like to use sources that are easy to find by others, so many of the sources I use are online web sources. I've also found that the easiest way to get accurate information about someone or something is through that person or thing their self.

[edit] Tasks

  • Wii seems to be one of those articles people love to sabatoge. I casually patrol the article like a good wiki-citizen to attempt to put a stop to Nintendo bashing. I love you, Nintendo.
  • The Spirit guide article needs a lot of work. There was only one paragraph in the article and it requested an expansion. I filled in basic spirit guide principles from the Gnostic religion in order to give the article a direction to possibly go in. I do not entend those additions to remain on the article very long.
  • http://www.sylvia.org - I'm currently looking for Sylvia Browne success stories from her readings or lectures if any are available. Right now I feel the Sylvia Browne article is extremely biased. It will help the article in the long run if stories relating to any of Sylvia Browne's successful readings were added, if any exist, providing the article with more than a one-sided story. It's not fair to report only inaccuracies when people are accurate too.

This is a list of the articles that I am constantly following and attempting to put my two cents worth into.

[edit] My Wikipedia Interests

Spirituality and ancient history are the main topics I tend to look up here at Wikipedia. If I can't find an article I'll sure as heck try to start one, but I'm not the type to write an entire start-up article. I am also an avid gamer, and spend a ton of time using Wikipedia as my "almost perfect source" for video games. So, natrually, I try to make it an even better source from time to time.

[edit] Why I Use Wikipedia

Basically I use wikipedia like any other member of society, and I do not classify myself as an educated encyclopedia writer, contributor, or researcher. I am, however, of Gnostic principle and do research all the time at my own free will. I read many things relating to spiritual issues and philosophies. Paranormal phenomena such as psychic intuition, astral travel, the other side, and spirits facinate me to a high extent.

[edit] Skepticism

I'm sure I'm fixing to blow up the entire world when I say that I'm a firm believer in Sylvia Browne. I can't help it. I can't stand it when people claim she is a fraud, when I know good and well she isn't. All of my psychic abilities I've learned from her. Oh, and yes, I do indeed have psychic abilities. We all have psychic abilities. However, you could say that this is just my opinion.

[edit] Point Of View

While I greatly appreciate other points of view and will welcome criticism of either the good or bad nature, I do not welcome doubting, negative people who seem to only want to ruin good motivations and thoughts for others. Maybe I'm jumping the gun and it's not intentional by anyone. If so, my appologies to you.

[edit] Validity

There are quite a few articles written on wikipedia that seem to be based very much so on the most contributing wikipedian's personal feelings on the subject. I don't like to read an article mostly based on someone elses opinion. Sometimes it is neccesary, and yes I'll be the first to admit that it's difficult to not share an opinion on a subject, esspecially if the subject is relating to anything paranormal.
